November 2024 \/ 2025 Pricing on Tracts, Booklets, Paperback Books \u2013 Printing we do for you\u00a0 on one & two color Printing Presses, or Full Color Laser Printers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: We now have two heavy duty Canon ImagePress\u00a0 color laser printers that do paper sizes up to 13″ x 19″, and speeds up to 75 pages per minute. We also can make 24″ wide by 59″ long posters. The minimum price for a color tract on these laser printers (two tracts to a letter size sheet) should be 10 cents a tract due to the high cost of repairs, consumables, and replaceable parts; but, we are honoring the Free Tract Society price of $10 per pound which is cheaper (i.e., 10 cents or less a tract, usually 5 cents or less, plus shipping)<\/p>\n

HIS Print Media Ministries, designs and prints tracts, booklets, and paperback books.\u00a0 Our Primary emphasis is Christian Evangelism.\u00a0 All incoming money goes into a ministry account.\u00a0 There are no paid employees.\u00a0 \u00a0We are volunteering our labor and years of printing experience.\u00a0\u00a0 If you like passing out tracts, and you want to make them yourself using the documents posted on this website, that is OK with us.<\/strong>\u00a0 The Free Tract Society website, www.freetractsociety.net<\/a>, lets you look at 262 downloadable ready to print tract documents all in one convenient place in multiple languages.<\/strong> The white space at the end of each PDF tract has a type in the box field. However, you will quickly find out that buying supplies\/consumables for your inkjet or color laser printer is quite expensive.\u00a0 We have two professional laser printers that do near photo quality, and a printing press that does two colors with exact color registration, and extensive bindery equipment, in our Print Shop.\u00a0 Quantities of 2000 or less are done on the laser printer.\u00a0 Minimum quantity printing press jobs are 5,000+ for one color, and 10,000+ for two color tracts.<\/p>\n

Paperback or comb-bind books, and stapled booklets.\u00a0 We haven’t made paperback books for about two years. It takes skilled labor, and Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing can probably do it cheaper.\u00a0 We cannot afford to make books for ministries to sell at a profit when we do not get personally paid for making the books, or any other printing we do. Booklets are not hard to do and can be up to 24 sheets of 20 lb weight paper or 100 pages. Thick booklets will not lie flat. Booklets over 12 pages get a face trim.<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/strong> for small jobs is by USPS Priority flat rate (domestic and international) envelopes and boxes. Booklets and books are shipped within the USA by USPS Media Mail which is the cheapest rate. We do not pay for the shipping. Current shipping rates are as follows:<\/p>\n

Note that it costs as much to ship the tracts outside the USA as it does to print them on a printing press, i.e., about 10 cents a tract instead of 5 cents a tract; and there is no guarantee the tracts will not be returned to us.<\/strong> If you live outside the United States, you should consider getting a local church to print your own Gospel Tracts from the supplied computer PDF documents you download for free from us.<\/p>\n

In my opinion, one should take an additional suitcase of tracts to a foreign country when traveling by Airplane. The next best choice for larger quantities of tracts (up to 66 pounds) is Airmail M Bag. As of 2017, M Bag started at 11 pounds for $51.55<\/p>\n

How Many Tracts are in a pound for the $10 a pound tracts? <\/strong>It depends on the size of an unfolded tract (how many fit on the printed sheet. Some Free Tract Society designed tracts have side and \/ or top and bottom trims which result in getting more (but smaller size ) tracts per pound. Here is a general one pound guide:<\/p>\n

2 tracts per sheet = 200 tracts<\/p>\n

4 tracts per sheet = 400 tracts<\/p>\n

6 tracts per sheet = 600 tracts<\/p>\n

8 tracts per sheet = 800 tracts<\/p>\n
